Your Calder Member ID is a stable identifier that other members use to find and invite you. It is not a password.
Your Member ID is a unique code in the format CN- followed by twelve characters, for example CN-1A2B3C4D5E6F. It is assigned automatically and cannot be changed.
It is an identifier, not a password or secret. You can share it safely with another Calder member or Company that needs to find and invite you.
Another member can enter your exact Member ID, or the exact email for your Calder account, to look you up and send a connection invitation. You can copy your Member ID from your profile, and it stays the same even if you change your name, headline, or profile picture.
